You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a separate shipment notification with tracking details once it leaves our warehouse.
Please note: During peak seasons (such as holidays or sales events), processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always aim to meet the 1–3 day window.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is shipped, delivery times are estimated to be 6–12 business days to most destinations worldwide. This timeline applies to all locations, whether domestic or international, and accounts for standard shipping procedures, including customs clearance (for international orders).
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Factors like local postal delays, customs processing, or extreme weather may occasionally extend delivery beyond the 6–12 day window.
- You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipment notification email.
3. Shipping Costs
We’re proud to offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This includes both domestic and international deliveries—no hidden fees or extra charges at checkout.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If your location is not eligible for delivery (a rare occurrence), you’ll be notified during checkout, and you won’t be able to complete your order.
5. Address Accuracy
It’s crucial to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout, including street name, house/apartment number, city, postal code, and country.
- HEYDUDLY is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be required to pay additional shipping fees for re-delivery, or we can process a refund (minus any non-refundable costs, if applicable).

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
