  • The item(s) must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The item(s) must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. This means no signs of wear, stains, or alterations, and all original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • A valid return authorization (RA) number must be obtained from our customer service team before sending the item(s) back.

2. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a return authorization (RA) number along with instructions on where to send the item(s).
  3. Package the item(s) securely, include the RA number on the outside of the package, and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt for your records.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s) (and confirm they meet our eligibility criteria), we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. This is typically 3–7 additional business days but can take longer in some cases.

4. Refund Amount

  • For eligible returns, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s) in USD (United States Dollars).
  • Global free shipping applies to your original order, and we do not deduct any shipping fees from your refund. However, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., sending the wrong size, color, or a defective item).

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items returned after the 60-day window.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or have been altered.
